The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.Lakeland Dairies are seeking reliable Production Operator to join our team in Lough Egish. This is a key role within a busy manufacturing environment, supporting safe, efficient, and high‑quality production processes.

 

Key responsibilities
• Carry out tasks in line with operating procedures and work instructions.
• Support multiple roles within the plant and work in any trained area as required.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Complete all relevant production and quality records to the required standard.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across the plant.
• Identify unsafe equipment or practices and take corrective action when needed.
• Communicate effectively within the department and with other teams.
• Provide coaching and training when required.
• Participate in learning and development activities to support your role.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company safety procedures.
• Uphold Data Protection requirements by handling personal data securely and lawfully.
• Work rotational shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business requirements.
