Lakeland Dairies are seeking reliable Production Operators to join our team in Bailieborough. This is a key role within a busy manufacturing environment, supporting safe, efficient, and high‑quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ahere to and follow Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for your area at all times.
• Liaise and communicate with separation and evaporation operators on the addition of ingredients required.
• Record all ingredients consumed onto the SAP system 
• Ensure correct ingredients are added to the required silo at the correct time.
• To ensure efficient use of plant and materials.
• To complete relevant records to the required standards.
• To adhere to food safety guidelines at all times.
